Austin McGlaun
Hello. I am a Georgia Knife maker of 16 years. My company is based in Fort Benning Georgia. We work in Damascus Steel and tool steel mostly. I was directed to this forum by one of my face book friends. I look forward to talking to and getting to know off of you. If I can help anyone just let me know. The picture is a Damascus and Elk piece I am working on. This is an in progress shot.
jmccustomknives
nice, do you forge your own damascus or use the premade stuff?
Frosty
Welcome aboard Austin, glad to have you. If you'll put your general location in the header it'll be easier to get together with IFI folk within visiting distance. Nice blade, good contrast in the pattern. Frosty The Lucky. Austin McGlaun
Sorry about that. I can make my own damascus but I also use some made by an artist friend of mine. We are located in Columbus GA. That is just outside Fort Benning.
