There is a small section on forging, mostly Practical Pig stuff: hay hook; chain repair link; wagon box rod and winged nut; door latch (hook); butchering hook; drill clamp; clevis; fireplace tools; cold chisel; center punch; staple remover; sharpening pickax; etc. There are chapters on tool sharpening; fitting saws; carpentry; workshop layout; refinishing furniture; rope work; harness leather working; tool handles; soldering; and cold metal working.
