April 2, 201115 yr I would like some input on the hanrob 2000 handheld torch, i was thinking of adding it to my shop, at 360 dollars is it worth it, can any members give me some pros and cons. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Sean.
April 2, 201115 yr If you plan to weld cast iron, using cast iron rods, they are the way to go. That is all I know about them.
April 2, 201115 yr Contact "trying-it" (Stan), on this forum. He has a hanrod and uses it a lot. I know that he always seems to like it. :D
April 3, 201115 yr I really like mine. Cuts beautifully and it can't be beat it jeweler type work. BUT if all you plan on doing is rose-bud type work, get a Victor or a Campbell Haussefield instead.
April 3, 201115 yr for a jewelry torch, I got a Little Smith, and I love it, but heard great things about the henrob also.
