masons forge
At the show I did, an owner of a primitive store wanted more rustic forgings. Candle holders and snuffers and other usable items. I would welcome any input

Pat Roy
Most everything I do is rustic. What is he looking for?
edge9001
sounds to me like by rustic this guy is lookig for the kinds and appearance of items that might have been found in the frontier towns from back in the "wild west day" of american history. things that can be sold as "authentic pioneer" items and would be right at home being placed on a shelve near funiture carved and build from small logs. southernforge
Try the book "Early American Wrought Iron" by Sonn. However, you will not find anything "rustic" ie banged up, in the book.
dablacksmith
usually they really want "crude" as they think its more "authentic" also stuff made from rusty horseshoes welded together... many people dont realize that crude stuff was not common... even as far back as the vikings look at the stuff from the mastirmir find sometime...
