Robert Mayo
Does anyone know anything about a Taig micro lathe 2? I have a chance to buy one at a very reasonable price but i know nothing about them. I want it for simple things like pommel nuts and pipe bowls can this machine do these projects or is it to small? Thanks for any help you folks can give me. dablacksmith
ive used the original taig lathe its kinda lightweight but will do small stuff kinda slow goin with steel works fine with brass .. price is right if the biggest thing you ever turn is a pommel it will work ... if you have room you might look for a used older lathe tho ... you can sometimes pick um up for scrap prices ...
