March 9, 201016 yr Butchers use them for cleaning the block. If you can get a used one it'll make the place smell nice!
March 10, 201016 yr My cousin got one for me from a farrier supply store. It's a heavy duty one with the handle and flat bristles.
March 10, 201016 yr I don't suppose anyone has a source for these in the UK do they? I get mine off the butcher, I'm a good customer and he gives me his used ones. Or: http://www.awsmith.co.uk/Sundries/Block+Brushes+%26+Plastic+Utensils
March 10, 201016 yr I don't suppose anyone has a source for these in the UK do they? Try Arthur Cottam (Chesterfield), http://www.cottamhorseshoes.com/ they supply farriers and have agents all over the UK, my local one used to carry them, or any other farrier supplier. Paid about £20 for mine, or google farrier supplies Or trot along and have words with the Horseguards outside Buck House or at their barracks. You could always invite them down to your place for a play, I am sure you would get a response. Another lot to try and get involved may be the mounted police division of the Metropolitan Police as Public relations exercise,
