I got to hang with Mr. Lewton-Brain years ago... To say he is a character is an understatement. It is 24 oz copper with 3/4" plywood. Folded the edges and ends on sheet metal brake and soldered the corners. All sides folded and then opened one end and slide plywood in and folded end back over.
