I was looking at a "one brick forge" on another topic and I thought I can build one and, when nobody sees me, use a cooker of my kitchen (without the flamebreack) to heat it.
what do you think? am I totally mad? do I need a straitjacket? B)

ya straight jacket time... and you ar obviously NOT married.. get a cheap propane weedburner and make a forge out of it .. dont mess up the kitchen...

yes, you're probably right. not a great idea :mellow:

Have you thought about charcoal? It’s not too hard to make if you can get free materials its cheap too. If your interested look around in the forges section or ask in there somebody will know what you need.

Here you go take a look at this. Just put something under it on the counter, a piece of steel plate or a 12" sq. paver and you could make a very nice little coffee can forge for the kitchen.

A forge IN the kicthen are ya outta your mind. Inna shop garage or drive way is OK. I have a $100 worth of
Co and gas monitors in the shop. Forge in the kitchen Ya might wake up daid.

Thank you my friend, I do not wish to see you in the obit notices or the prayer list. Doubling the heat and adding who knows what to what is in the air. is food for thought. Better safe thay sorry.
