Hey polymarkos I'll take you up in that offer if you still want, and in return I've got an old brake drum if you want it, it's pretty huge and I have no use for it since I've got a gas forge
I was wondering where all you Anchorage-guys got your steel? Be it scrap or bought
Thanks
I accidently made two pages, please respond to this one, sorry
Some backstory, right now I do have a stump for my stake anvil but it's lopsided and too short for me I was wondering if you guys had any ideas for a new anvil stand construction or where I could possibly get a new stump
Thanks frosty, sorry to say but I actually live in the Anchorage area though I do hope we can meet sometime!
teenylittlemetalguy I know I'm replying a bit late in the night but what time is this meeting and for how long?
Well as the title suggest I'm new to the forum but I'm not all too new to blacksmithing (been smithing since around August) and I just wanted to introduce myself and some of my work since I've been paroozing this forum for quite some time
My most recent work goes from the top to the bottom nothing too fancy in my work
top one is a new design I've been wanting to try out
the next one is my WWI inspired trench knife
next is my first real "knife" fit with wrapped handle
And the last one is a Hawk I whipped up as one of my first project
