Caleb.B
Some backstory, right now I do have a stump for my stake anvil but it's lopsided and too short for me I was wondering if you guys had any ideas for a new anvil stand construction or where I could possibly get a new stump
mutant
I made a box out of plywood and used 1x2 too skin it and make it look nice. I then filled it with sand. This helps a ton with sound and I can adjust the height as needed by adding or removing sand.
ThomasPowers
I pass a thrown out stump most days I go home from work by the back route. It's on the north side of Airport road. Run go get it!
Caleb.B
Thanks a ton guys! I'll probably go about trying to make one out of some pressure treated posts @ThomasPowers that's how I got my last one haha
Caleb Hale
Mine is made from 12 pressure treated 4x4's connected together with 3/8" all-thread rod. It was pretty easy to do...total cost is around $30.

You are welcome to your pick, just bring a friend and truck they are heavy.
