how did you go getting coal ionic? did you try blocking the airway a bit?

i put surname and postcode on the bottom with an angle grinder, a car rego number may be better. won't stop a theif but at least it's marked

what is the floor made of/like? the amount of light in an area has a lot to do with how much light the floor absorbs or reflects. Can you do anything with the floor?

if you do get the forklift tine i'd just wack it across two post, until then if you need a square edge how about grinding a square side on the axle?

chopped wood or if you want charcoal, get a log or the wood you can get, dig a trench in the garden, wood in trench, get it burning good, then cover it back over with the dirt, the better you seal it the better it will be, leave a few days(?) there's your charcoal

spray/soak with kerosene/acetone mix at 50/50 then use a battery operated screw gun, not drill, works the best on rusted bolts & screws

Thicker base, air bubbles? don't know if i like them with or without, kinda gives them that used not new anvil look. Marketable all over the world. good idea
