i have jig some were that i use when bending different u bends and right anglefor u bends i try to find a pipe or tube that is the size i need i tack weld it to a 1/4 plate i have then i tack weld a piece of angle on the side to hold it in place when i bend the u its hot of course for right angle bends i have a square plate with taped holes in it 5/16 and 3/8 i bolt down a piece of angle next to abolt that is screwed into the plate the just bend it to what ever degree bend i want just repeat for the othe bend as well if i need to make multiable then i will line up two holes so that both bends can be made by screwing it the second bolt also all bends are made hot

sabre was it on sale out there they had them here in jersey for 49 bucks and if your on there mailing list you get cupons for 10% off i was thinking of doing the same as you are talking about i have some thick plow blade s i was thinking of welding on that way i can take it to pops place in ark so have an anvil there when i spend time there

old tracks are all ways a great find for me to i know of some old ones i took a drive the other day out on some old trails that go by some old tracks 12 inch trees in the middle so long since used 10 min stroll i got about 30 spikes 4 plates and if i can figure how to move it there 2 30 foot lenths of track i'm guessing on the length that was either fell off a car moving them or were replaced and just left there been there probaly 50 years or more

i would contact a doctor or hospital i don'tknow in kentucky but in jersey we have info lines at the hospital i think its called here ask a nurse you can call them and they can give some advice but if you think its from the galvinized i wouldn't waint i would contact some as soon as posable .galvinized when heated will give off yellowish smoke i have welded lots of galvinized but i have resperator and still stay down wind of it

i think it could be hook that would hold some type sacks or some thing like that and it would hang from a over head trolly and move through a building i seen some thing like that years ago in i think it was a really long chicken coop

we could make them and not tell anyone anything about them and they would asume they were that old cause they were made by a blacksmith and you get some one say they found them in old barn (so you find an old barn throw them in there and have your freind go in pick them up and wala they were in an old barn ) or some other old place then sell them

me my self at an old job i cut a hole in the floor and concreted a old trailer hitch in there the all the post i made i welded a 2 inch square tube on the end you can find old hitches wetre i'm at next to nothing

well i have saved and saved every buddy gave me crap about it but last spring it paid off me and my buddy took over 30,000 pounds to the scraper when the price was up i think it was 16 dollars a hundred at the time

i hit with my right and facing the anvilhorn usally to the left but if i need it theother way i just pick up the anvil and the oak stump and turn it of corse its only 130 pound anvil i guess its around 200 all together i'm still using the muscle over brains some day i'll learn

my welding teachers father from back in the day did the exhaust fumes in a tank they had to weld and any way my welding teacher lost his car (that was the exhaust sorce)and his father that day so there for i would never do that i walked of a job once when an old boss said weld that tank by puting exhaust fumes and told me i couldn't put any water in it to perg it
