Simply beautiful!

Heya Folks, here is my blade finished. The Fourth blade I have forged! I decided to leave the blade somewhat black from the tempering cycles once again. I love the old patina look, and just can be bothered to polish the blade. This is again a very thick "Rustic Bowie". Specs : Forged 5/16 5160, 15 " OAL. Approx 2.0 LBS!! Scandi/Convex grind.

I like it! similiar to the knives I am making. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the kinda words folks. It was hard for me to post here with all the amazing work that is being done. My work will all be simple, yet brutal, hard working stuff. ,,,,,,,,MORE! to come!!

Heya Folks, here is my blade finished. The third blade I have forged! I decided to leave the blade somewhat black from the tempering cycles as I love the old patina look. Just a very thick "Rustic Chopper". Overall the blade took me 1.5 weeks from start to finish working a couple of hours per night after work. Specs : Forged 5/16 5160, 14.5 " OAL. Approx 2.5 LBS!! Scandi/Convex grind.
