Hi Dan, Your list is fairly accurate the only one who you missed off was Ambrose, he suggest to me to start a thread on this forum for tips and tricks / shortcuts. I have no problem firewelding myself to date just would like to know if any other smiths have found any quirks they find makes it easier for themselves. Hello guys, I'm a student from the Nation School of Blacksmithing (Hereford, England), I'm doing a project on firewelding, where i explore all the different types of fire welding and see if i can find any tips on tricks/ shortcuts on my route.
