Keep in mind that the HF unit has no power feeds. I have a shoptask eldorodo they are more bucks but can even be set up as CNC check it out

Dan I also opted for one of the 1000g hammers . After a 7-8 week wait I found out as you did we get what we pay for. I ended up stopping at Big Blu for one of theirs. Now for the good news. For a few bucks and a few hours work you can re work it (handle and head) Would be better to PM me for phone help can walk you thru it. Ken

The one I got is cast not forged.The eye is angled l/r and not centered. Face is not dressed very well. Dropped lightly on anvil it will not bounce the same twice. Will probably redo the face and replace the handle. BLU Hammer has 4 sizes and are forged on site The old sage is true we get what we pay for.

Whitebear Thought the same waited 7 weeks for one. Forged one piece. Went to blu hammer for one of theirs about 6x the price but 10X the hammer.
