vern six

I found a round end stainlesstop out of a ss hotwater heater it is 24" across 8" deep and about 1/8' thick. ? will this make a good forge. just one hole at the rounded end that has a gage in it. any remarks appreciated vern ps i have a gas forge but want to try it a differant way:confused:

What do you guys thing about this knife case? I have over 300 knives in this kind of case. just want some input , so look it over and please tell my wife what you thing. thanks vern eBay

you'll all will say it wont work , but it does. take and go to the drug store and get a bottle of oil of peppermint, not exctract and some cotton balls. put some on the balls of cotton and place them all around,but put the cotton in a cup ,exc, so the oil does not get on things . i use it in my trailer , shop, house,exc. mice and bugs can not stand it, and every thing smalls great. been using it for years. takes about one week and you'll see i don't lie. vern:D:D:D:

when all you do just grind you a knife out of stainless steel , do you still have to heat treat and temper and the oil bath too? just a little help please vern (brand new at everything)
