  1. Hey Guys, i am about to build my first Mini Hydraulic Press. I have been inspired from a User in This Forum who has also built a hydraulic Press with a hydraulic Jack! I use a 30t air supports Hydraulic Jack. I started to build the Press today, but i must wait for the Jack now because i dont know the exact dimension of the Jack. I will write here again if there is something new. Greetings from Germany
  2. Ah ok. I used Olive Wood (Olea europea) from a piece of Wood that i found in Italy. Olea europea need a long time to dry, but its a very hard and nice Wood!

  4. Hey Guys, today my 4. Knife is finished. Its a Kitchen Knife for me because my current Kitchen Knifes are very cheap. First, the Steel is 1.2842. Lenght: 26,5cm Blade Lenght= 16cm Depth = 3mm down to 0,2mm at the top Handle = Olea europea from a piece of Wood that i found in Italy. Hardness= The Knife is hardened by me in my Gas Forge and has a hardeness between 60 and 62 hrc I have a Thermometer in my Gasforge to reach the right Temperature for Hardening.   5. Hey Guys, I will show you here some of my first Knifes. All knives have been created by Stock Removal with 4mm 90MNCRV8 Steel. But in the future, i will forge my Knife in my selfmade Gas Forge! Knife 1: The Knife is hardened by me in my Gas Forge and has a hardeness between 58 and 61 hrc. The handle is an piece of Sorbus aucuparia. Knife 2: So, this Knife is also hardened by myself in my Gas Forge. HRC measured by a friend: 61hrc The handle is an piece of Dalbergia nigra. Knife 3: So, this Knife is also hardened by myself in my Gas Forge. HRC measured by a friend: 61hrc The handle is an piece of Olea europaea. Sorry for my small text, but my english isn´t good.   6. Hi, In the barrel is a large piece of wood. I think there is more Woot then sand And in this piece of wood is the anvil bolted. This is necessary because the anvil would fall over if you try to drive with the barrel around. Sorry for my English. Greetings
