Flaming S Forge
Here is a knife I made from some odds and ends I had in the shop. The blade was forged from a chromoly bicycle axle, the copper ferrule is an end cap for a copper pipe and the handle is a piece of deer antler. It's no show piece but it does cut a piece of meat. Thanks for looking. Any kind of comments are welcome.
MRobb
Looks good to me! I like the antler & copper combination.

filterstb
Nice job, I really like the shapes you used. From the thumbnail (which is more zoomed out than the image) it looks very natural, unlike most knives, which are usually straighter with less curves. I wonder, is the shape of the handle easier to use?
Flaming S Forge
The curve in the handle has a more natural feel and to me it is easier to use than the other steak knives we have. I'll be honest, I didn't plan it that way. I guess I just happened to have the right shaped antler at the right time.
Chad J
that is way cool, sometimes the simplicity in things make all the differences
Messerist
The blade looks very functional! I love the copper. I work with copper in my "day job" and use it a lot in my knives
