azmike Posted January 28, 2009 Share Posted January 28, 2009 here are a few new ones-the first 2 were forged by Todd (forginhill) and given to me to handle--big buzzsaw blade steel. the next was to be a "bush/chopper" but i didn't like the looks as such and addapted the blade to what you see(its 1084). the last one was done for a KITH at paleoplanet and given to Todd (its 1084 also) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

azmike Posted January 28, 2009 Author Share Posted January 28, 2009 Thanks for the nice words---on the first 2 the main piece is some i got at the wood store scrap bin--don't know what--but it the same piece--one with the grain parallel and the other with the grain at 90 degreesto the blade. the spacers are ironwood and blackwood with copper screen between the pieces.
