dablacksmith Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 and what you hope to acomplish by quenching? are you trying to get it real hard ? why not use a higher carbon steel? or are you trying to get toughness out of it? superquench will give a bit more hardness but it is a caustic solution...
