Looks fairly standard London Pattern and there were over 200 firms that made anvils in England so there are a lot that are not too common in the USA; but I would not use the term "unique". I have a battered anvil I had to buy as it says POWE____ and while I would hope it was Powers or Power like my last name it probably was Powell or some such name.
