It looks like all it needs is a good wire wheeling to clean it up and some BLO to help protect it after cleaning. Are there any identifying marks on the other side? How is the ring & rebound? Where in the world is it located?

    That one's strange, I've never seen a cast anvil with stepped feet. It looks somewhat similar to cast steel anvils like brooks or KL
