I have something similar in my collection. I have never paid any attention to it. The Blower is the same as what is under the belly of a Wood Lever Forge. Except it uses a ratchet to drive the belt. Forget about who made it, What is the problem? Is it not working? The picture has triple gear reduction and was made early(?) in the last Century.
