Meghan
Hello! I work for a museum and there's a building that I'm trying to clean out that has a lot of random, accumulated tools. Some were donated, while others were just sort of brought in to use on a project and left behind. There's a huge drill press that I'm hoping to donate to a different organization, but I need a little more information on how old it is and if it's a specific model. I've gotten so far as it's a Cincinnati Bickford, but am having trouble digging up anything more about it.
Stash
Cincinnati -Bickford , under that particular name, was making drill presses from 1909-1955. Go to the Vintage Machinery website ( not sure if I can post a link), using the name with a dot org to get there. Go to the manufacturers index and there is a bit more history of the company. That might aim you in the right direction. Steve
Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
Welcome from the Ozark mountains. If we knew your location, we could suggest different organizations in your area that might be interested in it.
