    Looks to be in good shape, the missing little piece of the face plate should not be a problem. Hope you have read about not doing any grinding, milling or welding on the hardened steel face, which usually does more harm than good. How is the ring & rebound?

    Everything is good besides the one chip. Rings well as well as rebound.
