MegaSeed
Hi all was thinking this would be an ideal stand as it is extremely heavy 150kg (330lb) and it’s the exact height for me. The anvil will be a railroad track cut in 2’ lengths and spread 36” across the top tig welded, machined flat with a hardy. But these are like bells and I am thinking of filling them with an aggregate. But I’m concerned about the weight on my concrete and also if my chosen aggregate will stop the bell and the possibility of cracking? Doubt I would swing that hard. Advice would be great. thanks
Glenn
Use sand for fill. As it settles you can add more.
