Ben1118
Hi, I'm a new member and beginner blacksmith. I live near Rock Hill SC and have been blacksmithing for around six months. Recently I have been trying to find some bituminous smithing coal as I have heard it is far better than anthracite. Does anyone know where I can buy some bituminous smithing coal for my forge? Edit: I accidentally posted this topic twice sry for the confusion
Glenn
Have you tried Philip Simmons Artist-Blacksmith Guild of South Carolina, or North Carolina Chapter of ABANA? Also try any blacksmithing group in your area. They will know where to get coal.
