GMoore
This is for a plain plasma cutter, no computer involved. I guess i could build one on my own, but I'm wondering if there are plans/ideas out there. If I know the design, I can build it.
Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
I made mine out of a couple of HF saw horses an old section of fencing with expanded metal, and red bricks to place the work on.
Glenn
Put a fan under the cutting surface to get the bad air out of the area. Plan on the cutter produces a lot of fine gray dust.
Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
I can set up our table in a jiffy and we do all of the cutting outside the main garage door. A fan is a good idea to keep the fumes/dust away from you. The table we used at ESSA was made by Eastwood (look up Eastwood plasma cutting table) Easy to make but takes a lot of replaceable slats. Glenn
Space the work off contact with the slats. The plasma torch is much like a ox/ac torch in that respect.
