Daswulf
Is is a post vise, or bench vise? I believe the star symbol might indicate Steel City. Pictures would really help tho. Many a vise maker never marked them. The main thing (value/usability) to a post vise is if the screw and screw box is in good condition. The rest is pretty repairable. Irondragon Forge ClayWorks
I think it's an Iron City made by the Warren Tool Company.
Benchtop66
New to the group. Can't ID this vise. Someone painted it. Need the base and rear collar. Broken teeth on collar. Broken ears on the base. It swivels and rotates.

READ THIS FIRST It will help you get the best out of the forum. Sorry I can't help with the Id but I'm pretty sure someone will be along with info. The first thing I would do is strip off all the layers of paint.
