I am starting the Kast-O-lite 30 in the roof today, I’ve got 2 layers of ceramic blanket 1” thick in the roof, roughly 3 layers in the floor, a layer of satanite over everything and then .5”-.75” of KOL in the floor, Once my roof is poured I am coating the whole interior with matrikote 90ac
April 14, 20197 yr You might want to resize your pictures to a lot smaller. The reason being we have members world wide who have to depend upun dial up or pay for bandwidth. The easiest way to resize is to double click on the picture when it is posted and a dialog box opens up, most recommended sizes are 500x375. You have a half hour to edit your posts.

April 18, 20197 yr Author Yeah my employer has an oval shell, he rolled sheet metal to make his but it’s about twice the size of the one I’m making, just put the matrikote on today should be firing it up the finish curing tomorrow

April 21, 20197 yr I worked ornamental iron for 15 years in my youth; it makes an excellent grouding in shop work and installation.
