November 9, 20178 yr I am going to John Deere school Nov. 14 - 16 in Davenport, Iowa. I could bring a bucket of blacksmithing tools with me for the two evenings I'm free. I'm an intermediate blacksmith and would like to learn something new from an experienced smith as well as look at someone else's shop. What do you think?

April 5, 20188 yr I had no idea there were others on this site in my area. I'm about 40 minutes north of the Q.C area. I would love to learn from someone who actually knows what they're doing with a hammer and hot metal.
