September 21, 20169 yr It might be a Peter Wright, except the vee shaped spring is probably not original. The rest of it looks really nice, and vises that large are hard to find.
September 22, 20169 yr Is that the way one measures a vise by the opening measurement? I thought it was the width of the vise jaws. 4 1/2" isn't all that large of a vise. Worth $325? not in my money. But if you want it and have the money to spend go for it.
September 22, 20169 yr Yah, I misread the description thinking it had 7 1/2" jaws. Sorry. The asking price is higher than a cat's back.
