GVR-4579
Well was on anvilfire and decided tonight i would make one of those Tennesse Trolls. All in all for my first one it turned out great. There are a few things i will do differently next time. My eye punch didnt have enough of a recess to work well so it has sunken pupils and i should have made the details like the robe deeper. Anyways here are some pictures of the final project. It was a fun little project and i would suggest it to anyone wanting something to do, only problem now is that was my last spike! GVR-4579
I was going to walk the tracks and salvage some spikes. Just havent gotten time yet. Also thought up something tonight, if you wanted a brim on the hat, all you have to do is drive the hat through a flat washer and you have a brim. I tried it on a simple piece of metal and it works good.
Frosty
Nice troll, especially for a first one. Be sure you use an unplated washer. Plated washers will give off dangerous fumes when heated. The gold colored cadmium ones are especially dangerous. Think I'll give a troll a try, I have a bucket of spikes. Hmmmm. Frosty
