I am renting a space in Toronto (North York) and my landlord requires me to have insurance.

 

I am having a hard time finding a company willing to insure me on the account of the "Open Fire" of the propane forge.

 

So I would like to know from you guys in Canada, What insurance company are you using?

 

Try JD Smith insurance Brokers in TO .  I had a hard time finding insurance when I started out.  They were able to get me insurance.  After I had been in business for 4-5 years the insurance brokers  that could not help me when i started started calling with better deals.

when i inquired about insurance they quoted me the same as a medium size golf course !   that is the only one that would take me on as a client
