You may need to start perusing patent archives and old journals and catalogues to see if you can find an example for an "at least by" date. Asking others to do so for you is fine but not if you don't supply basic details like WHAT COUNTRY THEY ARE IN? Unless you are willing to pay shop rates for the research?
