Even though the main event is the sale of horses, there is always tailgaiting going on and you might find a farrier's anvil there. Ditto with tack sales. A second hand anvil will cost you less than new. If cost is no matter then pick up any equestrian magazine and you'll see several ads for brand new farrier's anvils.
