What did you use to attach the antler? Looks good.

Nice  shape and style. I like seeing the hint of file teeth. Lets folk know its origins. My only criticism I would have is in the sheath. It looks good, but have you worn it on a belt yet? Unless the blade is very much heavier than the handle, it seems it would be top heavy enough to shift far enough on its loop to let the knife slip out without a captive strap.

Totally agree. Plus, it is definitely better to stitch the leather instead if riveting. But the knife looks good

FYI: Rich Hale did a great Blue Print on sheath making that may be in the "pages" tab or you might PM him. Other good tutes online :)
