BIGGUNDOCTOR Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 Saw an anvil for 6 years sitting on the ground outside of a local airport hanger, then poof, it was gone. Looked to be about a 150# HB to me. Saw a guy outside today, and inquired about the anvil. He has it. Turns out the anvil's owner passed away last year, and he kept the anvil for his shop. He grew up on a ranch in central NV that they had since the 1860's and remembered the men of the family smithing various stuff for the ranch with big bellows, anvils, etc. Well I now know what happened to it,at least it didn't hit the scrap yard.
