KeithSS Posted January 7, 2013 Share Posted January 7, 2013 Hi, My spring on my vise broke like a pretzel when I heated it up to bend it to get more spring out of it. I forgot to temper it. I welded the spring with a mig,then tried to temper it . It broke again. Is there hope for this one , or what else could be used for a spring?
