wnkt
Hello Im a very newbie to the whole metal crafting area. I am currently a welding student in the evenings, and Im on the way to building my own BBQ smoker and doing a few hobby projects. The reason I am here is that I found one of the blueprints "re-use the shoes" about a spiral horseshoe trivet and decided to make a few. That was right before the server crash and site re-vamp, luckily someone on a welding forum had one of the pictures from the page and I made one up. No pictures yet. I wanted to sign up here for all the wealth of knowledge and ideas. Thanks for a great site!

wnkt
Thanks, I re-found it after it got reloaded when the site came back up. I thought it was in the blueprints but the site was down and even Google couldnt find anything like it. Here is a couple quick and dirty scans of the two I made. The 5 leg one is a oops.....I forgot one leg still clamped in the vise that was holding them when cutting the horseshoe in half I am going to sand them down a bit and spray paint them with Rustoleum High Heat black paint.
