anyways what would this thing weigh approximately. Looks like something I shoud have in my shop. would just have to find a way to aquire it.

Roughly, 150 to 175 with that narrow waist and 4" face. But the condition looks good, make an offer that you can live with.

I contacted the seller about that one and it sounds like it weighs 200 pounds. I told him where to look for the weight stamping on Trentons. It is a nice looking anvil, isn't it? I was going to buy it as I had a couple of friends driving by on a road trip, but it was too far out of their way.

Too far out of thier way? A couple of cases of Molson should take care of that.
It should be marked on the front foot, there will be a serial number and the weight stamped in pounds

In theory, that would work. Unfortunately they are a couple of non-drinkers. They just drove back from Vegas and the anvil was about 300 miles off the interstate they were on.

I also tried to get them to ge through Salinas to pick up an awesome 410 pound Trenton, but they nixed that idea too...

That's a shame, just a little too far off route.
Funny story about trying to pick up that 410 lb Trenton. The guy that I got it from was drinking in the local watering hole and somehow got into a bet with a guy that said he could pick up that anvil. They both gave their wager to the bartender, then went down to the shop for the attempt at lifting. He could not get it off the stump it was sitting on.
I am willing to take bets on lifting the anvil

Nothing can EVER go wrong when there are bets being made while drinking, eh?

A 25'ish your old friend of my brother showed up at my shop with my brother and managed to get my 455 pound Peter Wright 'slightly' lifted off the stand. Surprised me as he is a bean pole.

Makes my back hurt just thinking about it
