ThomasPowers
How about this as an idea for working up a set up: http://santafe.craigslist.org/tls/2917840080.html OBSTA: I have no connection with this person---I just like how they did this---looks like another forklift tine fab to me. John McPherson
I like it! A creative use of forklift tine for a beginner anvil set-up, breaks down for portability. Lest it be lost:
clinton
It looks like it could be built for less that the asking price. Not sure how it woud be to work on
ThomasPowers
I think it would be fine for small stock and ornamental work. I certainly would want to break down 1.5" tool steel on it! And the idea was to show people things they could do on their own for cheap. I certainly didn't rush out and buy that thinking it was a great price! (now if it was $50 I'd take a day off work and head up there!)
