So it isn't new but it is new to me. I picked up an arbor press today for 26.50 from a junk shop. The tin plate on it says Phase II Arbor press and then a stock number. The only thing it is missing is a handle. Everything is in great condition. No rust on it and all the parts move freely. Here is a link that has a picture of it.

So is it a 2 ton press? And do you guys think it was a good deal?

    No, Phase II is the brand name, looks like the original chinese Dake copy, might be able to figure out tonnage by comparing dimensions in a catalog.
