I started out with just a breakdrum forge resting on brick,,then decided I wanted ta be able to work all year round and build a permanent forge...well I scrounged all the materials needed bought a welder,,(another learning exp), and am happy with the results. It isn't finsihed completly still have lots of brick work ta do and run the pipe from the hood and paint,,but I am sooooo chompin at the bit ta get it fired up and runnin so I don't think it will be much longer,,,,,this forum is a wealth of information and I read threads for 4 hours last night I could kick myself in the xxx for not finding it sooner,,,happy holidays to all!!!!!
