November 30, 200916 yr Howdy all, I just joined up on the forum after lurking and enjoying all the content silently for a while. A little background... been interested in forging for the last decade after a class I took here in Seattle, but just now getting serious about getting into it again. I've been taking classes for the last year or so, and getting to know a little more while doing some work with a couple of local smiths. About to set up my first dedicated shop space (sub-letting within another smith's shop) and am looking forward to a productive winter. With the rain we get here this time of year, I'm thankful to have a place to go and work inside! Anyhow, it's good to be on here. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. -Rick
