sorefingers
I found this item while I was surfin for auctions in my area. First off I am not associated in any way with the seller or the auctioneer. I just thought that any interested smiths should have a shot at this one if they were interested. The auction is in New Carlisle which I think is in west central to central Ohio. Attached is a link to the auction info and they have a picture gallery. GILLESPIE PUBLIC AUCTION - CLASSIC CARS - TOOLS - NEW CARLISLE, OH It looks a bit rough but who knows. Keep hammerin on.....

Bentiron1946
Looks like a 25# LG. Not a bad size for an artist/blacksmith. Did a lot of work on mine. You know you want this Pinetar.
pinetar
If it was closer I would take a stab at it. I don't want to take a truck there and not get it. What $ value do you put on it?
Mark Emig
The question I have is do you have to cut/dig it out of the tree's root system? Looks like it's been there a while. Mark
