Andrew Huddleston
I'm Andrew Huddleston of Bloomington, Indiana, U.S.. I have a small, one-man smithy with summary 50 lb. Little Giant, anvils, welder, plasma and a few of my homemade machines, such as a bender roll, pneumatic repousse. I work in copper, brass, silver, iron, bronze from large work to jewelry. I just recently used hardwood for forging, which went well. I wish all my mates well.
Frosty
Welcome aboard Andrew, glad to have you. Lots of us have small one man smithies, myself included, heck 50#LG even, though I have a reasonably spacious shop. Still, we're a pretty common demographic here and I think most places. You've found good company, pull up a stump and visit a spell. If you'll click "User CP" at the top of the page and edit your profile to show your location it can make a big difference. IFI is represented by members in more than 50 countries and a lot of info is location specific. Lastly, we love pics, shop pics, tool pics, process pics, project pics, all kinds of pics.
