My name is John and I've been denting anvils for a long time too and found this site worth registering on and to see what the rest of you are doing. I still do some ornamental work as well as Damascus blades but seem to find more time now to sit in my comfy chair and look at all the grand and beautiful iron works others out there are making...I hope all of you keep the tradition going, pass it on when you can!
