jebb
How much gas pressure is needed for a gas forge. I have an oil well on my property but only have 5-8 Psi with a 1" pipe
Dodge
Natural gas can be used to run a forge but generally needs a burner with a blower at that pressure. Bottled LPG can be run with atmospheric or naturally aspirated burners.
Frosty
You could probably get a naturally aspirated burner to work with that pressure but there's no way to know for sure with unrefined gas. The easiest and surest way is to build a gun burner. A blower supplies the air, the gas pipe supplies the fuel and both are easily controlled.
