KYBOY Posted May 28, 2009 Share Posted May 28, 2009 I was just given about 20' of cable off a crane boom..On the surface it appears to be pretty good cable..Hardens similar to the mining drag line cable Ive used before..Anyone ever saw any specs for crane boom cable ? extra plow? JPH Posted May 28, 2009 Share Posted May 28, 2009 Hello: Hope no one minds me butting in...MOST cable made for overhead lifting is either X or XX IMP PS steel...Now is the cable you have the non twist?
